Special attention is given to the Quieting Technique of the Admor of Piaseczno, a 'user friendly' meditative method of transforming a "cluttered" mind into a peaceful inner state of awareness, thereby creating "space" to sense Divine Inspiration. Classes include group meditation, source analysis and interactive feedback.
